HOW TO TURN YOUR COMPANY INTO A PERFUME.

CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING. WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Do you know that your Brand Identity and your Corporate Identity can be translated and transformed into a scent?

It is not always easy to describe your corporate image in words, indeed, words take us far away.
I have designed a Team Building experience for you, to make your group understand how they would like to be perceived externally: a fundamental reflection to build your desired reputation.

How is this innovative Team Building performed? I will give a personalized olfactory session to the team, in order to verify if everyone is proceeding in the same direction. As a final result this perception will be translated into a fragrance, the company olfactory logo.

In a laboratory, we will coordinate the thoughts and perceptions of each company member. The working group will face a real olfactory experiment consisting of a brainstorming led by me and Federica Tabone, psychologist. Tanks to our competence, Federica and I are able to make all the reflections from the individual team members that we subsequently convey into the brand identity and the olfactory logo.

The ultimate goal is therefore to translate your corporate image and values ​​into a perfume.

YOUR PERFUME: a BUSINESS AND EXPERIENTIAL INSTRUMENT.

What can link a company to a perfume? Scents are immediate and reach our emotional sphere without any filter and intermediation. I imagine the bonds within a company like the molecular bonds that make up an essence. Maintaining a balance and good harmony among the members of a work team is the first step to achieving the set goals. Do the stakeholders have any idea of ​​“WHO WE ARE” ? An excellent question to start from when identifying the corporate perfume, for example.

HOW AN OLFACTORY SESSION WORKS.

In a neutral room, I make the team a taste of essences to understand if everyone has the same perception.

In this very delicate step I work with Federica Tabone, a psychologist with long experience in the field of team building. The perception of a perfume, in fact, opens the door to other arguments, such as: do we understand procedures in the same way? Do we decline the objectives with the same logic?

THREE KEY MOMENTS OF TEAM BUILDING.

The steps to follow are fundamental. Only three, but all strictly necessary to get the right answer.

1) OLFACTORY EDUCATION. To learn the raw materials that make up a fragrance and understand what emotions they convey. Because first of all it is important to know the composition of a perfume.

2) GUIDED BRAINSTORMING. After defining the key question, the team starts to work, divided into small groups. It is here that we will try to touch the more emotional side of each of them, to check if they all have the same thinking. A moodboard will then be created; it will act as a platform to base our job, using a tripartite theoretical model that describes the Brand Identity.

3) CREATION OF THE PERFUME. Finally, the time has come to choose the raw materials that will make up the perfume. Through tests and simulations, we will define the olfactory notes (head, heart and base) ending with the name of the fragrance.

Corporate Fragrance Team Work is a new sensory experience to define company peculiarities. Very often, external and internal communication is not so consistent with the true DNA of the company: Team Building can therefore be an excellent tool for defining your corporate identity in a more precise and coordinated way and spreading it consistently also externally.
